At Sunwood Constructions, I take on the structural carpentry involved in extensions, renovations and alterations to existing homes. This can include timber subfloors, modifying existing walls, removing or relocating load-bearing walls, structural framing and modifying existing roof structures.
Every home is different, so the aim is to make the new work integrate properly with the existing structure, while keeping the process straightforward and the workmanship solid.
